Rewinding time backwards to 2 months ago, my holiday ended early cause the PPP starts -.- But since it was the path i chosen, no point complaining haha!

So the first PPP module was the leadership camp. It was just a short 2 day 1 night camp, but it was awesome loads of fun haha! So early in the morning at met up with gwen at nyp and headed to the meeting point. At first i tot gwen and me was the only dpa students from peihwa but in fact i got a shock when we reach the meeting point. Upon reaching the meeting point we queued up to collect our admin card, suddenly from the side we heard jinkai and samson shouting our name I was like in shock to see more peihwa ppl... in fact, there is 6 pei hwa ppl who DPAed into NYP and that makes peihwa population the largest haha!

But anyway first day of camp was all about getting to know each other and playing weird games as a group.. Its great to know new friends along the way.... It was rather hot at night, so did not exactly get a good sleep... but anyway second day was pretty fun as well, we left our campsite which was at dunno what boys/girls brigade site, and headed to kallang to do out high rope challenge.... cause there wasn't enough time, most of us only manage to do one challenge.. mine was some balancing thingy haha! but anyway time passed real fast and the camp came to end... but some of us decided to head to bugis illuma for dinner... we ate at some BEN 10 restaurant.... the food was good but the ice cream looks better haha! So that brings the start of campus life!....

Poly life isn't as free as ppl would say... in fact the amount of projects can literally overflow u... during the entire PPP there is 5 tests, 4 final presentations and 3 normal presentations... Everyday is super busy and u will feel that 24 hr a day isn't enough... cause its all about studying and creating powerpoint -.- ..... There are 4 modules that are assigned to me... I dont get to choose it -.-

Module 1 - Appreciation of Life Science -.- This is the totally no link module... I study IT and they gave me life science which is bio and at the start i totally cant catch any ball lol... But throughout the module, it isn't as bad as i tot it would be... except for the mugging for test part, i actually liked the entire module haha! At least there is Yakult factory visit and also ice-cream making haha! anyone wanna try my recipe? haha! So the final presentation was a group presentation on the yakult trip and i had to present on a super long part of the process in yakult.... till now is still in my head OMG... anyone wanna know how yakult is made? haha find me!

I didn't know ice creams are made in labs -.-

Module 2 - Experience the new web :) Perhaps this was the only module that gotta do with my course that i'm in lol..... So basically what we learnt was html,flash,silverlight,photoshop blah blah... the lecture kept talking and those students from life science was like HUH? haha... But the final presentation in group was on creating a website... but actually i did not do alot of thing on the website cause i was only in charge of the flash animation part haha... html codes make me headache only lol... the presentation actually went quite well haha! but anyway at the end of this module the ang moh lecturer actually said that what we had learnt in 7 weeks are what actually suppose to be taught in 17 weeks in normal curriculum... everyone went OMG and gave the -.- face...haha!

Module 3 - Introduction to Entrepreneurship :) this gotta be the busiest and craziest module of all... first day of module, we had to complete and research on a company in an hour and present it... the craziest thing is the one hour they gave us, was our lunch time -.- i cant believe our group actually had to da bao mcdonald and munch on burger while reseraching and creating powerpoint -.- but as time goes on we got really use to it already, in fact evvery thurs is called mcdonalds day haha! But our final presentation, our group chose on presenting polar cafe... hmm overall the presentation went really really well :D

Module 4 - Communication Skills :D haha this was the most boring in terms of lessons but whenever its break time my class people goes crazy and laugh like mad people haha! perhaps the most important part of this module is the final presentation which is INDIVIDUAL! I was actually pretty scared presenting of so many ppl by myself unlike the other modules which are in group... so today was the last day of school and my final presentation... haha was pretty worried at the start but as the presentation went on, duno why but suddenly everything flowed out of my mind haha! I'm like super happy with my result when the lecturer announced it.... ICA 1(Compo) i got A-..... ICA 2 (Test) i got 36/40... and ICA 3 (Final presentation)... i got A+!!! i was like SUPER happy haha! but its for one module only though.. the rest would suck for sure lol..

Hmmm that actually marks the end of the entire PPP program and its finally my holiday! haha!!! hmm... would miss lots of great friends i met during PPP... although i'll see some of them in a month time but most of them i would probably not see them again cause they in different academic school :( haha but nvm lar same poly anyway so surely will bang into them one day lol...
